My husband and I took a nice roadtrip to South Carolina this weekend. I caught myself reading every billboard we passed. Some were good, some were quite frankly ridiculous.

There was a series of billboards in Charlotte (I think) about real estate. They were simple and to the point, and I loved them. One in particular grabbed my attention. It read:

“Someone is loving your rent. Smart people are buying now.”

Note: that is not the case in just Charlotte… smart people are buying now in Harrisonburg, too!
