With the new year comes new changes… typical for us most years. But this year, we are not only updating our marketing strategies, we are also pleased to announce that Cathi Beighe has joined our team! And with a new team member on board, it was a great excuse to take new team photos.

Introducing Cathi Beighe

If you’ve sold your Harrisonburg home recently, you may have heard Cathi’s name or even used her design services. She owns and operates Shenandoah Valley Home Staging & Design, and is a designer and accredited staging professional. Cathi’s design expertise will add an immense amount of value to our seller clients. We are thrilled to have her on our team!

Cathi Beighe is excited to be a new member of this dynamic team. She moved to the Shenandoah Valley in April 2006 from Santa Cruz, California. Cathi has a background in interior design and for the past 5 years has been providing home staging and design services throughout the Harrisonburg area. Many successful home sales have occurred because of her down-to-earth design approach, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients. As a licensed real estate agent, she looks forward to expanding her craft while working with buyers and sellers to meet all of their real estate needs.

New Team Photos

So, with a new team member and old photos in our midst, we obviously took new photos. Instead of a boring indoor backdrop, we chose to take our photos on Court Square! (It was a little chilly and a lot windy that afternoon, but we think these dandies turned out pretty great regardless of the weather conditions.)
