Parades //
Harrisonburg – our Holiday Parade is December 6th starting at 7pm.
Dayton – visit the adorable town of Dayton for their parade and tree lighting December 7th at 4:30pm.
Waynesboro – enjoy the festive parade in Waynesboro on Saturday December 7th at 6pm.
Bridgewater – join the Bridgewater Foods supermarket Saturday December 7th at 10am for their 7th annual Christmas parade.
Elkton – the Christmas parade will take place December 7th at 11am in downtown Elkton.
Grottoes – the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christmas Parade will take place on Sunday December 8th at 5:30pm.
Concerts //
Singing Light – Join The Walking Roots Band for their Christmas benefit concert December 8th at 7pm at Eastern Mennonite School.
Stars SVCC Christmas Concert – Join the Shenandoah Valley Children’s Choir for their Christmas concert December 7th and 8th at 7pm/4pm.
Caroling in the Caverns – join the Valley Brass Quintet and several other local musical groups as they lead carols in Grand Caverns on Saturday December 7th at 6pm!
OCP Christmas Concert – enjoy a concert with lots of local favorite and Our Community Place Tuesday December 3rd at 5:30pm.
Peace On Earth – Join V.O.I.C.E. for their benefit concert Saturday December 7th at 7pm and Sunday December 8th at 3pm.
Christmas Coffeehouse with Cantore and Shekinah – join these two amazing singing ensembles for their 14th annual coffeehouse on Friday and Saturday December 13th and 14th at 7pm.
Good Company Christmas Concert with SVCC – join one of the Valley’s top a cappella groups and the Shenandoah Valley Children’s Choir for their annual Christmas concert Monday December 16th at 7:30pm.
The Nutcracker – join the Rockingham Ballet for a Christmas classic – with special guest stars Abigail Stafford and Stephen Hanna Saturday December 21st at 7:30pm and Sunday December 22nd at 3pm.
Christmas in Brass – join the Valley’s own brass band and youth brass band for a festive Holiday concert on December 8th at 4:30pm.

Festive Greens: Modern Hoop Wreaths – Join Amanda Tutwiler of Sparrow’s Flowers and create your own unique modern hoop wreath in this hand’s on workshop on Wednesday December 12th at 6pm.
Christmas Centerpiece Workshop – Create that beautiful holiday centerpiece at the Valley Pike Farm Market on Sunday December 15th at 3pm.
4th Annual Gingerbread Workshop – Come decorate your very own Gingerbread Manor House at Hotel Madison Sunday December 8th at 1pm.

Elkton Holiday Bazaar – get some Holiday shopping done at the Elkton Area Community Center on Saturday December 7th starting at 9am.
8th Annual Weihnachtsmarkt at Bluestone Vineyard – fashioned after a traditional German market – it highlights local artisans and vendors, plus some delicious food! Stop by Saturday December 7th starting at 11am.
BrydgeWorks Glass Christmas Open House – a different deal everyday! A great stop for artisan gifts. Stop in between December 10th and 14th for some special deals!
A Heritage Christmas – join the Brethren & Mennonite Heritage Center for their annual Christmas event – with loads to do – including crafts and plenty of food – and live music, too! Join them Saturday December 14th at 2pm.
Winter Wonderfest – enjoy the activities throughout downtown Harrisonburg on Saturday December 14th starting at 10am- don’t forget to look for Santa!

Christmas Market – on December 8th from 12-5pm visit Brix and Columns Vineyards for their Christmas Market.
