Harrisonburg Real Estate Market Report: June 2024 [INFOGRAPHIC]
The Valley housing market continues to thrive! Despite a 9% decrease in total sales over the past year, pending sales are up 9%, and new listings have increased by 10% from 2023. Homes are closing faster, with a 5.5% rise from last month. The median sales price is up 7% from last June, though down 1% from last month.
