It used to be the space where Wilson Jewelers adorned ladies and gentlemen with gems and gold, but it has since been leased by Kline May Realty, and renovated to feature exposed brick walls, soaring ceilings, a marble facade, hardwood floors, conference rooms, a wine and coffee bar, and more. Directly across from Jack Brown’s on Main Street in downtown Harrisonburg is the brand new office space for The Harrisonburg Homes Team at Kline May Realty!
The renovations have been underway for several months, and we are thrilled to announce that we have officially moved in! Our vision is not only to have a larger, more appealing space to service our clients, but also to be a part of the thriving, growing downtown community. We’ll be accessible as we always have been — by phone, email, text, web — but now even more so with official office hours and a physical presence within the vibrant downtown scene.
We’ll be hosting events in our new office space, offering our conference rooms to those who might need them (just stop in or give us a call!), and giving passersby the opportunity to learn more about the local real estate market. A touch screen computer located outside our front door for performing property searches? Yes, we’ll have it. (Coming soon!)
Special thanks goes to Mark Scafidi, Joel Davis, and the rest of the team at Trim Runners, who served as our general contractor for the build-out. We’re extremely grateful for all of their hard work, and look forward to how we can serve Harrisonburg better through the use of this fabulous new space!

As the newest member of the Harrisonburg Homes Team, it has been a great pleasure working with the team in the 2 months leading up to the opening of the new downtown office.
I invite everyone to come and visit our new office in downtown Harrisonburg. Having grown up on South Main Street, it’s a great thrill to be a part of the new office of the Harrisonburg Homes Team at Kline May Realty.
As I begin my 29th year in the real estate profession this fall, I am truly excited to be working with this great real estate team.
