Highlights from 2017
We’re starting off the year with slightly fewer sales (down 12%) from last January. However, the number of houses under contract has gone up significantly (50% from last January), and the average price per square foot and median sales price have both increased. We have also seen an increase from last January in new listings – up 38%!
Over the last 12 months, average days on market has dropped and price per square foot has also increased.
If you’re looking to sell your home in 2018 – this is certainly a seller’s market! As a team, we’ve closed 72 seller transactions in 2017 and are looking forward to a successful and fulfilling 2018.
