Another year of real estate in the books - and what a whirlwind year it was! We saw a downturn in new listings in December, but the yearly listing count remained consistent with last year's. In 2021, we saw an increase of 11% in sales as compared to 2020. The average days on market continued to drop. The average days on market continue to drop across the board, and the medium sales price lands at $269,000. The average price per square foot has also risen, and sits at $158 for the last 12 months.
